As the Director of UX at Gordian, I lead a team of talented designers who create innovative software solutions for complex business problems in the construction space.

I believe in flexible, autonomous, and happy work environments where people show up because they care about the product they are working on and the team they are working with.

With over 15 years of experience in product design, user experience design, accessibility, user research, UI design, project management, and development, I have worked with clients across various industries, such as healthcare, retail, media, and government. I have also published multiple articles and participated in speaking engagements on the topics of UX, product, and development.

Aside from work things I also paint, do a lot of ancestry research, raise two daughters with my husband, love my dog, and read.
